Sorry guys, this is a fun and lively group just for the ladies. Having made a name for ourselves in the emergent glute building field, Boston Barbell now offers a holistic, a-z glute training protocol. We pioneered the unique combination of functional and aesthetic training for that derrier.
With traditional weight training providing some glute development, we created this for those who want to specifically grow their booty. Clients will perform glute-focused exercises like hip thrusts, while learning proper technique for maximal glute development.
